Cancellations

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff.  If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time.  For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Health Considerations

Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your treatment.  If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any heat treatments.  Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.

Soft Voices Quiet Minds

Please speak softly throughout the spa, for others such as yourself are relaxing during their treatment.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates.  All gratuities are at the client’s discretion.

Cell Phone Policy

We understand the desire to keep in touch.  However, in consideration of all of our guests, we ask that you limit cell phone usage beyond our spa reception area.

Mothers to Be

Please note that any heat treatments are not suitable for ‘Mothers to Be’.  There may be other spa services are not suitable for Mothers to be.  We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to your visit.

Eternity Med Spa Attire

Depending on the service, a robe wrap may be provided during your visit.  We recommend wearing something comfortable and removing any jewelry during many of our spa treatments.  Valuable items should be left at home or the office, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

Returns

All gift certificate and medical skin care sales are final.
